Keyper facilitates direct bank transfers to landlords for rent payments, ensuring a secure transaction process. To protect against potential fraud, we do not transfer funds to any tenant's account.
We provide a variety of convenient payment options, including credit and debit cards, to ensure a seamless collection process.
Keyper allows you to spread your rent over 12 months and your security deposit over 3 months. Keyper RNPL does not cover leasing commissions.
To qualify applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum Monthly Income: A minimum monthly income of 10,000 AED is required.
• Credit Score: A minimum AECB credit score of 540 is necessary.
• End User Tenant: You must be the end-user tenant, meaning you are the individual residing in the unit.
