Hold a valid Visa card issued in the UAE. Are registered as a tenant on the RNPM (Rent Now Pay Monthly) platform. Make qualifying rent payments using their Visa card during the campaign period. Must be 18 years or older and a UAE resident.

Each qualifying rent payment made with a Visa card through the RNPM platform automatically earns the cardholder one raffle entry. Each qualifying payment earns one raffle entry, up to a maximum of 6 entries per tenant. Entries are automatically recorded in the system.

The raffle prize shall consist of a Rental Raffle reward equivalent to AED 10,000 (USD 2,772). Five winners will be selected each month through a raffle engine from July 2026 to December 2026. The total monthly prize pool will not exceed AED 50,000. Prize disbursement will occur within 45 days of the winner announcement. If the total raffle value exceeds Visa funding, Keyper will be responsible for paying the difference.

This offer is available to new RNPM tenants who apply between 1 July 2026 and 30 December 2026 and use the Visa promo code "PayWithVisa" in their application. Eligible tenants receive AED 500 off their first payment when paying the first Digital Management Fee using an eligible Visa Credit or Debit Card. First-time users paying with an eligible Visa card are automatically entered into the monthly raffle draw. Subsequent RNPM rent payments made using a Visa card also qualify for raffle entries, up to a maximum of six entries per tenant. Payments made using non-Visa methods will not qualify. Tenants who default or miss a payment during the campaign period will be disqualified from further participation. Additional fees and charges, including late fees, maintenance charges, and Ejari registration fees, are not eligible for raffle entries. Disputed transactions will be excluded from both the AED 500 discount and raffle participation. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or promotional code. Keyper reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms and conditions.

Each raffle draw will take place during the first week of the following month and will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements using a transparent and auditable process. Winner verification, notification, prize administration, and fulfillment will be managed by Keyper. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw through official channels including email, SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp. Keyper will make reasonable efforts to contact winners for up to 14 days. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their contact and banking details remain accurate and up to date. Winners must redeem their prize within 14 calendar days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not redeem the prize within the required period, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize payments will be made using traceable payment methods and no later than 45 days from the raffle draw date.
