Keyper lets you spread your annual rent over monthly payments while we pay your landlord on your behalf.
You must be the end-user tenant renting a residential unit, with a minimum monthly income of AED 8,500 and a minimum AECB credit score of 540. The service supports residential units in Dubai (any number of cheques to the landlord) and Abu Dhabi (2 or more cheques). The minimum rent supported is AED 30,000.
The process is best-effort and usually completes within one business day, but can take up to two business days.
Keyper pays the landlord directly via bank transfer (or the landlord's property management company / power of attorney with supporting documents). Funds are never transferred to tenant accounts.

Keyper's services and software focus on properties in Dubai and the wider UAE real-estate market.
Tenants pay by card, direct debit, bank transfer, and other digital methods; Keyper consolidates these so owners receive rent reliably in their bank account without handling cheques.
Once your property is onboarded, request an upfront-rent offer from the property or portfolio view in the app and review the terms before accepting.
After screening, Keyper assumes the default risk on the tenant's payments, so the owner keeps receiving agreed rent even if the tenant fails to pay.
It's aimed at tenants; owners still receive rent on agreed terms while tenants pay Keyper in monthly or flexible instalments.
The core app is free for owners, and property management is charged as a flat fee rather than a percentage of annual rent. Transaction costs follow market practice.
