Keyper helps both sides of a rental work better. It serves tenants, landlords and real estate partners through one platform.
Tenants can pay their annual rent monthly instead of in large cheques. Keyper splits the rent into 12 instalments paid by credit or debit card.
Landlords get end-to-end property management — tenant screening, Ejari registration, rent collection, maintenance, and up to 100% of the annual rent upfront.
Real estate agents earn referral income by introducing clients to Keyper.
Rent Now, Pay Monthly is Keyper's flagship product. It was previously marketed as Rent Now Pay Later (RNPL).
With RNPM, a tenant pays the annual UAE rent in 12 equal monthly instalments using a credit or debit card. The security deposit can be split across the first three payments. The landlord still receives the rent upfront — Keyper pays it in full, then collects monthly from the tenant.
This removes the need for large rent cheques. Tenants keep their cash free; landlords get certainty of payment.
Keyper was founded in 2020 in Dubai by Omar Abu Innab and Walid Shihabi. The company set out to modernise renting in the UAE — replacing big annual cheques with flexible monthly payments, and giving landlords a simpler way to manage property.
Since launch, Keyper has grown into a full property platform serving tenants, landlords and agents across the UAE, with a mobile-first app on iOS and Android.
Keyper has raised $10.5M in equity across two seed rounds, in October 2023 and May 2024. Together with a credit facility, total capital raised is approximately $40M.
